I hate complaining, but goodness. This is freaking crazy.

Today I received an sms that my Vodacome debit order of R2030.73 was unpaid. Freaking R2030.73 I am on a Top up 315 contract. There is not a snowballs hope in hell that it is possible.

So I immediately phoned your customer care line no one could help me. I was bumbed on to the next and the next person. In most cases when they transferred my call the line was dropped. And I had to start the whole process again.

At this stage I know the following. 2 weeks ago I transferred ownership of my number to my own account. My mom has been helping me and I can take care of it myself now. The transfer itself was a mission because the first time my papers went missing or something because the transfer was never completed. Can you handle simple admin tasks Vodacom??? Luckily you do have helpful staff left in Bloemfontein because the girl finally did manage to get it transferred to my own name.

BUT Apparently NOW i have two lines transferred to my account! How did that happen Vodacom!!! and I did not have R2030 in my bank so now I have an extra penality bankfee to pay. Which i don't freaking have!!! You ruined my month. Thanks.
